Home-site Terms

• 5% deposit to hold the lot for 15 days (refundable)
• Additional 10% deposit to firm up the sale
• Lot payout required 30 days from the date the sale went firm

Home-site Construction

• Construction of each home must begin within 2 years from the signing of the purchase and sale agreement
• The exterior of each home must be completed within 2 years of commencement of construction
