Grand Development Corp. is a company that is very familiar with the beauty and vitality of the Springbank Area. Its founder and current President Gordon Leslie, has developed seven Springbank Subdivisions, the most notable being Cullen Creek Estates, Springland Manor, Braemar Ranch Estates and Livingstone Estates.

The roots of Grand Development Corp. date back to 1905 when Gordon’s father, John Cook Leslie, began brokering farm & ranch properties in Alberta under the company name J.C. Leslie & Co. Real Estate. John Leslie eventually branched out and built many homes in the Elbow Park & Hillhurst districts during the house beautiful movement of the 1920’s. His work has since become the inspiration for Grandview Park. Gordon is very pleased that one of the third generation of Leslie’s, his son Greg, has joined with him to be a part of the driving force behind their latest development, Grandview Park.
